Yay for being bored and deciding to get back to my Disney roots!
used this piccy as a ref, but added my own little touches to it....[link]
sometimes my hand likes to smudge the pencil around...

tools: pencil, paper, q-tips (for smudgage)
ps- i know her shoulders are way too narrow. but this is just a sketch. so it's ok.

I'm not sure why, but from this particular part of the movie, Ariel suddenly looks a little younger than before. Since she was encountering Eric again, maybe it was intentional.
