My entry for
 's contest, which was to do an avatar/disney crossover.I chose to cross Sokka and Yue with Aladdin..they're really similar! Commoner in love with Princess who can't marry him....flying carpet = flying bison... Anyway this scene was influenced by the part after "A Whole New World" right before Al and Jasmine kiss. I wanted to keep this in the Avatar Universe because I love it - and really, what would waterbenders do in the desert? I changed their clothing to reflect the Disney movie a little better though - don't worry, Yue doesn't get cold. Thanks for looking! Please full view, because there are some details that may be missed in the tiny tiny preview. EDIT: Changed the background, added more highlights, cropped out some unnecessary bits. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
