 's mermaid contest!  I've always imagined mermaids as caught between the world above water and the world below. Thought the butterflies helped to show this somehow. The scanner kind of messed up the colors...her hair isn't so red, it's more of a light orange and pink combo. I don't know why it shows up red. oh well! Anyway, I hope you like it, this was fun, I haven't drawn a mermaid in forever! Colored with Crayola colored pencils (it looks best in full view, but it's big...sorry!!) |
